Agency for Identification Documents, Registers and Data Exchange of Bosnia and Herzegovina conducts in accordance with the Regulations on Consultations in Legislative Drafting (“Official Gazette of BiH, 5/17). All interested parties (administrative bodies, employees in administrative bodies, legal entities, organizations, associations and citizens as individuals) have the opportunity to participate in the drafting of legal regulations and other acts.

Here we regularly publish/upload pre-drafts/drafts of legal regulations (laws, rulebooks, decisions, directives, and instructions) and other documents (strategies, plans, programs, reports) that are subject to consultation.

Pre-drafts/drafts of legal regulations and other documents that are the subject to the consultations can be found at the web application eConsultations.

Written comments/proposals on published pre-drafts/drafts of legal regulations and other documents can be submitted to e-mail konsultacije@iddeea.gov.ba or through a web application  eConsultations.

The submitted comments and proposals shall be used in the preparation of legal regulations and/or other document issued by the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina or the Agency for Identification Documents, Registers and Data Exchange of Bosnia and Herzegovina, depending on the jurisdiction.
