Rulebook on access to registers and data exchange (Official Gazette of BiH, No. 35/09,and 55/15) regulates the access to to data from the registers that IDDEEA maintains on behalf of the source authorities.

Data kept in the Agency can be accessed in the following ways:

• Periodical data access and
• Permanent data access

Periodical data access means that the applicant may request specific data from the Agency at specific time intervals.

• Form for filling a request
• Instruction for filing a request for periodical access to data  from the registers that IDDEEA maintains on behalf of the source authorities
• Decision on the amount of fees to access data contained in IDDEEA registers

Permanent data access implies the existence of a permanent communication link through which the applicant can at any time access the data for which he has granted permanent access.
