The Agency for Identification Documents, Registers and Data Exchange of Bosnia and Herzegovina (IDDEEA) has expanded its service network by opening two new RA registration offices in the municipalities of Maglaj and Kakanj. This provides citizens and business entities in these local communities with more direct access to reliable and secure electronic services.
The new RA offices enable the issuance and use of qualified electronic signatures, creating conditions for faster and more efficient electronic document signing, as well as for modern electronic business operations and communication with public administration institutions.
The opening of RA offices in Maglaj and Kakanj is part of IDDEEA’s ongoing activities aimed at strengthening digital infrastructure and improving the availability of electronic services throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina, with a particular focus on cooperation with local self-government units.
In the coming period, IDDEEA will continue implementing projects that contribute to the digitalization of public administration, with the goal of increasing the efficiency of administrative processes and improving the quality of services provided to citizens and the business community.
