Two New IDDEEA Registration Authority (RA) Offices Opened in Ključ and Bosanski Petrovac

The Agency for Identification Documents, Registers and Data Exchange of Bosnia and Herzegovina today opened two new Registration Authority (RA) offices, in the Municipality of Ključ and the Municipality of Bosanski Petrovac.

With the opening of these offices, citizens of the respective local communities are provided with direct and efficient access to services delivered through the use of a qualified electronic signature, further enhancing the availability of modern electronic services in line with the digital transformation processes of public administration in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The expansion of the RA office network represents a continuation of IDDEEA’s strategic commitment to strengthening the digital trust infrastructure, with the aim of enabling citizens and institutions throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina to use electronic services in a simpler, safer and more reliable manner.

IDDEEA will continue its activities in the coming period to further expand the RA office network, in cooperation with local self-government units, in order to ensure that digital services are equally accessible to all citizens.
