The city of Novi Travnik continues to serve as a positive example of a local community actively promoting digitalization and improving public services for its citizens. Another important step forward has been the opening of a new RA office of IDDEEA (Agency for Identification Documents, Records and Data Exchange of BiH), located in the City Hall.
With this office now open, all citizens of Novi Travnik can easily obtain their qualified electronic signature and access available e-services without traveling to other cities. This further accelerates the digital transformation process and enables faster, simpler, and more modern communication with institutions.
IDDEEA Director, Almir Badnjević, emphasizes that the agency’s priority is to ensure that electronic signatures and all other services are accessible to as many citizens across Bosnia and Herzegovina as possible. Accordingly, an intensive process of opening registration offices in various locations has been launched, with more than thirty new offices planned to open within the next month. This allows citizens to activate their electronic signatures in just a few minutes and immediately use them to sign electronic forms.
The collaboration between the City Hall and IDDEEA has once again proven highly successful, and the new RA office represents a significant contribution to digital transformation and the availability of e-services in the local community.
IDDEEA remains committed to expanding the network of registration offices and modernizing public services across Bosnia and Herzegovina.
