IDDEEA

Statement of the director of IDDEEA BiH for N1

E-administration has been improved in most EU countries, and citizens haven’t been waiting in front of counters for paperwork for a long time. In Bosnia and Herzegovina, a decade has passed since the introduction of biometric ID cards, yet citizens still don’t have services that would make their lives easier. We discussed with the director of the Agency for Identification Documents, Registers, and Data Exchange of Bosnia and Herzegovina why the country, which spends a significant amount of money on biometrics and data protection, has been waiting a decade for digital transformation.

The whole interview with the director is available here.
