In the Zenica-Doboj Canton, specifically in the municipality of Doboj Jug, the Agency for Identification Documents, Records and Data Exchange of Bosnia and Herzegovina (IDDEEA) has opened an RA office aimed at improving access to electronic services for citizens and institutions in this municipality.
This new office provides citizens and local businesses with easier and faster access to services for issuing qualified electronic signatures.
With the opening of the RA office, IDDEEA continues the process of decentralizing services to make modern electronic services accessible to a larger number of users across Bosnia and Herzegovina. The qualified electronic signature issued by IDDEEA ensures secure and legally valid electronic document signing.
The Director of IDDEEA, Prof. Dr. Almir Badnjević, emphasized that the opening of the RA office in Doboj Jug represents another important step towards bringing electronic services closer to citizens at the local level.
IDDEEA will continue to expand the network of registration offices, strengthen electronic infrastructure, and develop electronic services in the interest of citizens and institutions.
