IDDEEA

Official denial

In response to an article published on the Klix.ba portal, the Agency for Identification Documents, Registers and Data Exchange of Bosnia and Herzegovina (IDDEEA BiH) issues the following correction regarding misleading and false claims about a recent public procurement of laptops.

Contrary to the report, the Agency did not purchase only three laptops for a total of BAM 70,500.

The accurate information is that the Agency procured 25 laptops, comprising three different models, in line with clearly defined technical specifications and the needs of its organisational units.

The procurement process was conducted in full compliance with the Law on Public Procurement of Bosnia and Herzegovina. All bidders were required to meet both technical and formal criteria. The evaluation was based on submitted offers, and a technical verification of the equipment was carried out prior to delivery.

IDDEEA BiH firmly rejects the claims that misrepresent the legality of the procurement process and emphasises its commitment to transparency. The Agency remains open to any further review or clarification by relevant institutions and the public.
