The Agency for Identification Documents, Registers and Data Exchange of Bosnia and Herzegovina informs the public that a new version of the e-IDDEEA mobile application, version 1.1.1, is now available on all mobile platforms (App Store, Google Play, AppGallery).
This version further enhances the user experience by introducing new features aimed at timely informing citizens and simplifying the management of personal documents:
New notifications in the app and via email:
- When personal documents (ID card, driver’s license, passport) are about to expire,
- When new traffic fines are recorded,
- When motor vehicle registration is about to expire.
Status check available to all users:
Even unregistered users now have access to the feature for checking the status of requests for issuing personal documents, which allows easier tracking of the process with no need to visit an issuing authority’s offices.
The e-IDDEEA app is a key tool in the digital transformation of public administration in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Additionally, it demonstrates the Agency’s commitment to providing people modern, safe, and timely services that meet European standards.
We invite all citizens to update the app or download it via their mobile phones and take advantage of the available features for easier communication with institutions.
