The Agency for Identification Documents, Registers and Data Exchange of Bosnia and Herzegovina (IDDEEA) continues to strengthen the trust infrastructure in the field of digital services. In this context, as of today, services of the IDDEEA Registration Authority (RA) office are available to citizens and legal entities in the Municipality of Novo Sarajevo.
The establishment of this RA office further enhances access to qualified electronic signatures and digital identity, enabling faster, simpler, and more secure use of electronic services for citizens and institutions.
In the coming period, IDDEEA will continue expanding the network of RA offices across Bosnia and Herzegovina, in support of the digitalisation and modernisation of public administration.
