The Director of the Agency for Identification Documents, Registers, and Data Exchange of Bosnia and Herzegovina (IDDEEA), Mr. Almir Badnjević, participated in the 4th International Cybersecurity Cluster held in Ljubljana.

This event, organized by the Ukrainian National Cybersecurity Coordination Centre (NCSCC) in partnership with CRDF Global and supported by the U.S. Government, brought together cybersecurity experts from Ukraine, Slovenia, Moldova, and the Balkans, further emphasizing the importance of regional cooperation in the field of cybersecurity.

As part of the 4th cluster session, Director Badnjević also took part in a strategic event titled “Cyber Resilience Strategies.” Along with Badnjević, the event was attended by representatives from the Federal Ministry of the Interior, led by Saša Petrović, an investigator with the Federal Police Administration and expert in cybercrime. During this session, participants discussed incident response strategies, cross-border cooperation, and how to enhance the resilience to cyber threats within the region.

Apart from this, Director Badnjević held a constructive meeting with the State Secretary of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Slovenia, Aida Kamišalić Latifić. During their discussion, possibilities for future collaboration in the areas of digital transformation and cybersecurity were explored, with a particular focus on regional projects.
