On August 24, 2023, in the premises of the Agency for Identification Documents, Registers and Data Exchange of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the head of cooperation of the EU Delegation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Stefano Ellero met with the director of the Agency for Identification Documents, Registers and Data Exchange of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mr. Almir Badnjević. Director of the Agency, Mr. Almir Badnjević informed the head of cooperation of the EU Delegation in Bosnia and Herzegovina of major efforts that the Agency is making to strengthen its efforts in the areas of international cooperation, e-service development, and personalization of identification documents. Mr. Badnjević used the opportunity to express his gratitude to the members of the EU Delegation for their outstanding assistance in the growth of the Agency thus far. They exchanged information on experiences and European practices relevant to the work of the Agency. Head of cooperation of the EU Delegation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Stefano Ellero expressed appreciation for the invitation, emphasized the Agency’s crucial role in serving Bosnian and Herzegovina’s citizens, and promised to support any work that is done on their behalf.
